My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel offered spacious and well-decorated rooms, but they tended to be a little dark later in the day and didn't quite match the advertised appearance. The service had its ups and downs: a rocky start with one receptionist but eventually friendly assistance at check-in. The location couldn't have been better for me to attend a concert at the Golden 1 Center and explore nearby restaurants, although the presence of many homeless individuals made me feel a bit uneasy. Dining was satisfactory but nothing exceptional, with room for improvement in the food selections.

After a less auspicious start with the afternoon receptionist, the staff turned things around, being friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early.

7.4/10
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a view of a blossoming cherry tree, but noise from traffic and ventilation systems can be disruptive. The service, though a bit shaky at first, ultimately proves to be accommodating and excellent. The location is convenient for access to a variety of activities but comes with some drawbacks like a dodgy atmosphere and cold settings. Overall, the facilities are adequate, providing a satisfactory stay but lacking some finer touches.
Rooms

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though with a few minor issues, were amazing and offered a cozy atmosphere. The historical theme of the building could be more pronounced, and the bathroom might benefit from an update.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms had intermittent sounds, not too loud but noticeable. They were still amazing but could use some updates in the bathroom.
Service

The service, after a bit of a rocky start at check-in, was nice overall. The housekeeping was efficient and courteous.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, especially for attending events at the Golden 1 Center. However, there were some concerns about the local area feeling dodgy due to a homeless population.
Dining

The dining options were limited with a basic continental breakfast. It could definitely use some improvements in the menu variety and quality of offerings.
